Excellence in Pediatrics Supporters
EIP greatly values the mutually beneficial relationship it has with several industry sponsors who contribute to the annual EIP conference and the EIP Initiatives through sponsorships, unrestricted educational grants, and by supporting delegates to attend the conference.
EIP continues to seek partnerships that can serve to further its mission and activities, provided that these relationships are in agreement with its core values under a clear and transparent context and in accordance with EIP’s Code of Ethics.
Sponsor and Support Opportunities
The Excellence in Pediatrics conference offers a unique opportunity to meet and interact with leading academics and front line child and adolescent healthcare professionals from all over the world. Based on past attendance demographics 60% of the delegates are expected to come from European countries, 20% from the Middle East and 10% from Southeast Asia. The rest of the audience coming from across the globe. In total over 80 countries were represented in 2016.
The conference offers a number of opportunities to facilitate interaction with the conference delegates, and supporters. Industry, publishers, organisations and associations are all welcome to participate at the conference, in line with the Institute’s Code of Ethics.
Opportunities for supporters include: An extensive online communication program (both for the conference and the related awareness campaigns) to the 4,000 members and 45,000 followers of EIP Institute throughout the year.
The exhibition area which also serves as the catering area, offers significant networking opportunities during the coffee and lunch breaks of the conference program. The Meetings on-the-occasion of EIP taking place during lunch breaks or at the end of the conference program also present an opportunity for the conference supporters to present, discuss and share experiences and practices with the delegates. Supporters, as invited stakeholders, are welcome to participate in the KOL and Health Policy meetings.
