The conference will be conducted as a hybrid event, with live broadcasting of all sessions and on-demand video access for 90 days post-meeting. The organizer may cancel or postpone the on-site portion for safety reasons. In such cases, liability is limited to refunding the difference between physical and digital attendance registration fees paid. If travel restrictions or COVID-related measures are imposed, the on-site program may switch to virtual-only before the event. Registrations will then automatically convert to virtual attendance, with a refund for the fee difference. Those opting out of virtual attendance can cancel per the below policy:

  • Cancel before 1 September 2024: 80% registration fee and 100% hotel booking refund (if booked via EIP's system).

  • Cancel before 1 October 2024: 50% registration fee and 100% hotel booking refund (if booked via EIP's system).

  • Cancel before 1 November 2024: 20% registration fee and 100% hotel booking refund (if booked via EIP's system).

  • Cancel after 1 November 2024: No refunds for registration or hotel booking.

At any stage before the meeting, you can switch between physical and digital attendance, and we will refund the difference between physical and digital attendance fees as of the period you registered. 

To fully cancel your registration, access your registration confirmation page using your confirmation number and click the cancellation button. A written cancellation confirmation will be sent to your email.
