The conference is organised as a hybrid event. We will broadcast all sessions live and offer the sessions as videos on-demand for 90 days after the meeting. The organiser reserves the right to cancel/postpone the onsite part of the meeting at any time. In the event of cancellation or postponement of the onsite and the online meeting, the organiser's liability is limited to refunding any registration fee already paid.
The organiser reserves the right to switch the onsite part of the program to virtual-only at any stage before the event if travel restrictions, partial lockdown or any other measure related to the ongoing COVID pandemic are imposed by the local authorities and could affect the ability to organise the meeting safely. In this case, all registrations will automatically switch to virtual attendance, and we will refund the difference between the physical and digital attendance fees. Attendees who do not wish to attend virtually can cancel their registration and will be refunded according to the cancellation policy below.
If you can't attend the meeting onsite before cancelling your registration, note that all conference sessions will be recorded. You can watch the videos for up to 90 days after the conference dates through the EIP Attendee Hub.
If you still wish to cancel your registration altogether, please note that:

If cancelled before 1 September 2023, the organiser will refund 80% of the registration fee and 100% of the Hotel Booking (if booked through our system).

If cancelled before 1 October 1 2023, the organiser will refund 50% of the registration fee and 100% of the Hotel Booking (if booked through our system).

If cancelled before 1 November 2023, the organiser will refund 20% of the registration fee and 100% of the Hotel Booking (if booked through our system).

If cancelled after 1 November 2023, the organiser will not refund the registration fee and the Hotel Booking (if booked through our system).
- From 1 November 2023, only switches between Physical and Digital Attendance are allowed, and the organiser will refund the difference between the fees as they stood at the time of registration.
If you wish to cancel your registration, please access your registration confirmation page (using your confirmation number) and click the cancellation button. You will receive written confirmation of your cancellation to your email address.
