Dr. Caroline is a dedicated endocrinologist with a special focus on paediatrics, working in the Children's Emergency Department. She qualified in India, where she earned her MD in Paediatrics, before completing her paediatric training in London. Caroline is passionate about integrating acute paediatric care with endocrinology and diabetes management, aiming to provide holistic care to young patients in critical settings.
Her clinical interests extend beyond patient care to research, where she is particularly focused on exploring the intersection of paediatric diabetes and emerging health challenges. Her recent research projects, which investigate the link between paediatric diabetes and COVID-19, are the result of joint collaborations between emergency medicine and endocrinology teams. These studies aim to provide deeper insights into how the pandemic has affected children with diabetes, enhancing both immediate care and long-term outcomes.
