EIP Attendee Hub

What you need to know and do on the day the conference starts

Please find below all the information you need for accessing the EIP Attendee Hub. The Virtual Attendee Hub is the platform to attend live any conference session or watch a video of a session after it has been organised and recorded. Please note this link is not for presenting. Through the EIP Attendee Hub, you can access all the streamed sessions live, interact with speakers, and view the Abstracts and the Posters presented at the conference.

On the day and the time the conference starts please click on the “Log In” button below.

Add your name and email address. A verification code will be sent to your email address for you to access the hub. Please be careful to use the email which you have used when you have registered for the conference or else you won’t get the verification code. Please note that the verification code is only valid for 24 hours and if you change the device you use you need to request another code following the same process.

Where do I go for help and support on day one?

If you are experiencing issues on the day accessing the online platform or there is a delay receiving your verification code, please email us at [email protected]

How can I choose the sessions I want to attend?

By clicking on ‘All Sessions’ at the top navigation bar, you can view the full programme. You have the option to choose the Session times to display based on your device time instead of the standard European Central Time. On the days of the conference, all you need to do is open the page of the session you wish to attend at the time it starts. 5 minutes before the session starts a "Join Session" button will appear. Click on it and you will access the live session.

Can I ask the presenters questions?

20 minutes at the end of most of the sessions are allocated to audience Q&A. You can ask questions by using the chat box function which is displayed on the right-hand side during the "live" session. Depending on the number of questions asked and time constraints we cannot guarantee that your question will be put forward by the Moderator to the Speakers, but we will do our best to ask as many questions as possible.

Where can I find more information about the speakers and presenters?

Speaker details are displayed under each of their sessions. Click on "All sessions" at the top of the screen: this will display all the sessions taking place. Then select a session and the speaker details are included on the page.

Where can I access the presentations?

Speaker presentations are not available for download. All the sessions will be recorded and made available for OnDemand viewing and you will be able to revisit and watch them for 90 days after the close of the conference. Note that recordings will not be available immediately but will be accessible approximately 15 minutes after the end of the live session.

Where can I find the abstracts of the Oral and Poster Presentations?

Please click on "Oral and Posters Presentations" at the top navigation bar; this will display a list of all abstracts presented at the conference. Click on a presentation to view the abstract. At the bottom of the abstract, under "Associated Session" you will find in which session this abstract will be presented and when the session will take place. If you click on the session you will be diverted to the actual session to join when it is time to start. If the presentation is a Poster you will find at the bottom the link to view the ePoster.

I missed a session; May I watch it later?

Yes, all the sessions will be recorded and made available as videos to watch. 15 minutes after a session has been organised a Replay button will appear on the session page. If you click on it you will access the video of the recorded session. You can access all session videos for 90 days on this platform by logging back in.

How do I get my CME certificate?

The 13th EIP conference has been awarded 16 CME credits from the EACCME.
