Dr.Stronski trained in Pediatrics at the University Children’s Hospital in Bern and in Lucerne (Switzerland). She worked several years as consultant in Neonatology. After her subspecialty training in Adolescent Medicine and her graduation in Public Health (1995-98, both University of Minnesota) she worked under the direction of Prof. Michaud, University of Lausanne, as a coordinator for EUTEACH (European Training in Effective Adolescent Health and Care, www.euteach.com ) to develop a European Curriculum in Adolescent Health and is still part of the pool of trainers. Additionally she acted as consultant to the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry University of Bern. She was the head of the School Health Medical Services, City of Zürich (2001-2015) and is currently with Developmental Pediatrics, Children’s University Hospital Bern. She realizes mandates in Adolescent and Public Health Consultancy (e.g. Temporary advisor to WHO. Curriculum development in school health. Vaccination strategies) and teaching. She is member of the Swiss Federal Commission on vaccination, of the Executive Committee of the Swiss Association of School Doctors and president of the European Union for School and University Health and Medicine.
