If you are registering for one of the Discounted fees, you will be asked to upload the documents mentioned below as proof of status during online registration. If you don't have them when registering, you can upload them later using your Registration number and email to access the system. Proof of Status Documents
TRAINEE & RESIDENT: Submit a letter from your employer or any other proof of your status. To qualify for the trainee/resident rate, you should be 35 years old or younger - a passport or ID should be uploaded as proof of status.
- NON-PHYSICIAN HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL: Submit a letter from your employer verifying your workplace or a copy of your professional ID.
UNDERGRADUATE STUDENT: Submit a copy of their University Student ID showing valid dates. To qualify for the undergraduate student rate, you should be 24 years old or younger - a passport or ID should be uploaded as proof of status. The Student type is solely intended for undergraduate students in their first university-level studies.
- PHYSICIAN WORKING IN A DEVELOPING COUNTRY: Submit a letter from your employer verifying their workplace or a copy of your medical ID. Please check if your country of work is included in our Developing Countries List below so that you know that you are entitled to the Developing Country discounted registration fee. Only delegates working in a developing country can apply for this rate, and proof of status should be uploaded at the time of registration.
