An education grant is intended to support an existing track or session of the scientific program to be offered to conference delegates and pediatricians from a region or across the world who cannot come and participate in the meeting.  

EIP will live stream the supported session or track, offering healthcare professionals free registration to attend online. Supported sessions are recorded and will also be offered for free through the EIP Community portal to 46,000+ healthcare professionals to view on-demand. All main program sessions are developed by the scientific committee, responsible for selecting topics and speakers.

If a supporter is interested in broadening the audience of a session which they consider important and aligned to his educational objectives, he has the opportunity to help EIP reach new audiences on a large scale. Support will be acknowledged on the website, the mobile app and the online registration pages for all sessions on the track.




I-Posters offer scientists a unique opportunity to present their work using the most sophisticated communication tools while they have the opportunity to actively engage with the conference delegates but also online with the entire EIP community. The poster presentation experience in EIP2022 consists of Poster Theaters - Sessions in dedicated halls where authors can have a coordinated short presentation of their work and them to discuss his/her findings, answer questions and exchange ideas with colleagues,

The Online i-Poster Library - The Poster Library will be available for 12 months so that healthcare professionals from all over the world can access and study all presented contributions.

By supporting the i-poster experience at EIP 2022, you are getting your ​Logo on the Poster Theatres signage on the i-Poster area on the online Poster Library. Plus a 200-word profile and Logo on the supporters' section of the website and mobile app




EIP allows industry supporters to organise an Official Industry Symposium in a Plenary Hall subject to approval by the Conference organising committee. 

  • Duration 60 to 90 minutes.
  • Includes: Hall rental and standard audio/ visual equipment.
  • The Industry Symposium will be included in the Supporters section of the Program.
  • The Industry Symposium is not included in the CME/CPD credits designation.
  • Support will be acknowledged in the Supporters section of the program, on the EIP conference website, on the conference mobile application, on EIP Virtual Attendee Hub and on the conference signage. 
  • ​The supporting company must cover all Symposium presenters’ expenses, including registration, accommodation and travel. This also applies in cases where the presenters have already been invited by the organisers.​
  • EIP will live stream the satellite symposium, offering healthcare professionals free registration to attend online. Symposiums are recorded and will also be offered for free through EIP Community to 46,000+ healthcare professionals as webcasts.

Please note: Space rental does not include furniture, cable internet access and electrical usage. 

ALLOCATION OF SPACE: Space allocation will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. As soon as we receive your request, an agreement will be emailed to ensure the booking of the desired booth. Upon receipt of the signed agreement, the space will be confirmed, and an invoice will be sent.

REGISTRATION: All exhibitors will receive a badge displaying the exhibiting company name. Two exhibitor badges will be given per 6 sqm space booked.

EXHIBITORS’ MANUAL: The Exhibitors’ Manual with information on all technical aspects of exhibiting will be available three months before the Conference. Exhibitors and Supporters are welcome to visit the Conference venue at their convenience.

EXHIBITOR LOGO & PROFILE: Our team will contact you to request the logo and text used on the website and mobile app.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Signing of the agreement indicates acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. Exhibitors may use their own couriers up to the venue door and from outside of the venue door at the end of the Meeting. All demonstrations must be confined to the limits of the exhibition stand. Materials may not be distributed or displayed outside the stand. Sound equipment must be regulated to ensure that it does not disturb other exhibits.

Important note: Exhibitors and Supporters are responsible for complying with all regulations applied by relevant authorities on the promotion and marketing of medicines and medical technologies. Failure of an exhibitor or a supporter to comply with any regulation cannot be used as an excuse to declare a contract void. The organiser is not liable for any non-compliance issue related to an exhibitor or a conference supporter.



  Support the Welcome Reception that is taking place at the end of the first day of the conference (Thursday 1st December 2022). The reception is a great networking event to which all registered delegates and speakers are invited. Supporter’s logo on the sign at the entrance to the Welcome Reception. Branded items could also be used at the event, subject to approval. Additional benefits include a 200-word company/product profile on the Conference Website and the Conference Mobile App.
