  • Purpose: To support specific tracks or sessions within the scientific program, catering to a global audience of delegates and pediatricians.
  • Nature of Support: The support is provided as an unrestricted grant.
  • Role of Sponsors: Sponsors do not select the topics and speakers or influence the content.
  • Disclosure: Support is acknowledged to all participants. Supporters must adhere to all relevant regulations regarding promoting and marketing medicines and medical technologies. Non-compliance with these regulations does not invalidate contractual agreements, and the organizer is not responsible for any non-compliance by supporters.
  • Accessibility: Supported sessions are live-streamed, with free online registration available for healthcare professionals.
  • Reach: Targeted at conference delegates, the recorded sessions are also accessible as free webcasts to the EIP community of 45,000 professionals.
  • Content Development: The scientific committee independently manages the selection of topics and speakers.
  • Acknowledgement: Supporters are recognized on the conference website, mobile app, and pages for the broadcasted sessions.


ePosters Experience

  • Purpose: To support ePosters, providing scientists with a platform to showcase their work using sophisticated communication tools.
  • Nature of Support: Sponsorship is extended to the Poster Theatre Sessions and the ePosters Platform within the conference program.
  • Role of Sponsors: Sponsors do not participate in selecting topics or speakers, nor do they influence the content of the presentations.
  • Disclosure: Sponsor support is openly acknowledged to all conference participants. Supporters must adhere to all relevant regulations regarding promoting and marketing medicines and medical technologies. Non-compliance with these regulations does not invalidate contractual agreements, and the organizer is not responsible for any non-compliance by supporters.
  • Accessibility: Poster Theatre sessions are live-streamed, offering free online registration and access to healthcare professionals.
  • Reach: Targeting conference delegates, the ePosters Library and recorded Poster Theatre sessions are available as complimentary webcasts to EIP's community of 45,000 professionals.
  • Content Development: The scientific committee independently manages all aspects of content development, including selecting topics and speakers.
  • Acknowledgement: Sponsors receive recognition on the conference's website and mobile app, as well as on the pages for broadcasted sessions. Additionally, sponsors' logos are prominently featured in the branding of the Poster Theatre Sessions and the ePosters online library.


Plenary Satellite Symposium (Non-CME) 

  • Purpose: For industry supporters to organize an Official Industry Symposium in a Plenary Hall, focusing on a topic of their choice, pending approval by the Conference Organising Committee.
  • Nature of Support: Inclusion in the Supporters section of the program, with a duration of 60 to 90 minutes. Note that these symposiums are not part of the CME/CPD credits designation.
  • Role of Sponsors: Organizers will provide hall rental and standard audio/visual equipment. Sponsors are responsible for covering all expenses of symposium presenters, including registration, accommodation, and travel.
  • Disclosure: Open acknowledgement of sponsor support to all conference attendees. Supporters must adhere to all relevant regulations regarding promoting and marketing medicines and medical technologies. Non-compliance with these regulations does not invalidate contractual agreements, and the organizer is not responsible for any non-compliance by supporters.
  • Accessibility: Free access for all conference delegates, with live streaming available for global online access. The organiser is responsible for promoting the session to the conference delegates and to the global pediatric community, ensuring high onsite and online attendance. 
  • Reach: Aiming at conference delegates, the symposium will also be available as a free webcast to EIP's community of 45,000 professionals.
  • Content Development: Sponsors decide on topics and speakers, subject to the approval of the Conference Organising Committee.
  • Acknowledgement: Sponsors receive recognition on the conference's website, mobile app, and pages for the broadcasted session. Additionally, sponsors' logos are prominently featured in the branding of the Hall.
