Public Health MD, PhD, senior researcher at the French National School of Public Health (EHESP), Rennes, FRANCE
Emmanuelle Godeau is a public heath medical doctor and also holds a social anthropology PhD. After working for the French ministry of Education, as medical advisor for more than 25 years, she has just moved to the National School of Public Health in Rennes, as a senior researcher, in charge of the training of the French school doctors.
She is the French principal investigator of the Health behaviour in school-aged children survey (HBSC/OMS) since 2000. Within this international research network, she has occupied various responsibilities, and among them, has founded the Sexual health group and chaired it for many years.
Her domains of research are health behaviours of adolescents (mainly risk behaviours) as well as inclusive education.
